The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will execute and optimise member engagement campaigns while helping shape the evolution of lifecycle marketing programs at Future Group.

Requirements

• Passion for Future Group’s mission and values.
• Experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or martech.
• Ability to build and report on multi-channel journeys.
• Knowledge of channel best practices.
• Data-driven mindset for segmentation and insights.
• Comfortable in regulated environments.
• Understanding of MarTech to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to embrace change and tackle new challenges.
• Experience with advanced marketing systems is a plus.
