Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in lifecycle/retention marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably Iterable.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Experience in HTML/CSS for template customization.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fierce builder mentality with a focus on optimization.
• Experience in digital health or related fields is a plus.
• Proven track record of improving student retention.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
