In Short

  • Lead the Partner Success team and provide leadership to existing members.
  • Form strong connections with campus partners in higher education.
  • Drive retention and expansion while identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Improve CRM workflows, KPIs, reporting, and partner health checks.
  • Coach team members to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define KPI dashboards and performance tracking systems.
  • Champion CRM adoption for renewal and expansion forecasting.
  • Travel for customer visits and internal meetings.
  • Become an expert on Mantra’s solutions and the market.
  • Help improve an account risk and health monitoring system.

Requirements

  • Experience leading Customer Success teams in higher education.
  • High proficiency in forecasting renewals and expansion.
  • Track record of improving Partner Success / Customer Success team performance.
  • Ability to cultivate business relationships and collaborate with GTM resources.
  • Experience hiring and onboarding talent in complex customer programs.
  • Organized and comfortable using a modern sales tech stack.
  • Proven success at achieving customer retention and upselling goals.
  • Clear understanding of recurring revenue metrics and reporting.
  • Prior experience in bringing a new product to market is a plus.
