Overview

The Director of Partner Success at WalkMe is responsible for managing and enhancing the Global Partner Delivery Program, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams to improve partner experiences and drive successful digital transformation.

In Short

  • Define and manage global partner delivery-related processes.
  • Build strong relationships with key delivery partners.

  • Drive the partner experience and serve as the voice of the partner.
  • Standardize and update documentation related to the partner ecosystem.
  • Define cross-organizational RACI and rules of engagement.
  • Deliver core messaging around the Partner program.
  • Assist in ongoing design and experience enhancements of the Partner Portal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • SaaS experience with a technical background.
  • 5-10 years of experience developing Partner programs.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and design.
  • Ability to build collateral based on work stream output.
  • Track and manage processes across multiple decision groups.
  • Assertive mindset with the ability to drive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of joint value propositions and use cases.
  • Analyze and implement resolutions to problems.
  • Focus on revenue generation through partnerships.
