Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at WalkMe, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and collaborating with Account Executives to create strategic business opportunities in a hybrid work environment.

In Short

  • Expand WalkMe's client base by targeting prospective accounts.
  • Create cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Engage actively with new and existing leads.
  • Utilize creative communications to increase customer interest.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
  • Qualify and manage an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Evangelize WalkMe and the Digital Adoption model.

Requirements

  • Grit and determination in building relationships.
  • Experience in technical SaaS sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Sales training and experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator are a plus.
  • Outbound lead generation experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in the Raleigh office.
