Overview

As an Account Executive for the SLED team at WalkMe, you will develop relationships in the State and Local Government sector, driving sales with a consultative approach.

In Short

  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted accounts
  • Drive entire sales process from introduction to close
  • Manage sales activity including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce
  • Present WalkMe solutions using values-based sales techniques
  • Execute sales activities with other teams, including contract negotiation
  • Begin onboarding to gain knowledge of WalkMe's product and sales process

Requirements

  • 5 years of technology sales experience within State and Local Government
  • 5+ years of experience signing new business with Public Sector organizations
  • Knowledge of selling to SLED and public sector demand cycles
  • An understanding of SLED procurement/acquisition
  • A curiosity for uncovering customer needs
