Overview

As a Pre-Sales Solution Advisor at WalkMe, you will act as a bridge between Sales and Delivery, translating customer needs into solutions and guiding the technology evaluation process.

In Short

  • Support the Account Executive in customer evaluation processes.
  • Plan and execute discovery calls to identify customer problems.
  • Develop strong technical relationships with customer teams.
  • Communicate the value of WalkMe products through various mediums.
  • Manage technical POCs both onsite and offsite.
  • Collaborate on custom product demonstrations for the sales cycle.
  • Aggregate customer feedback for product management.
  • Speak at field events to diverse audiences.
  • Promote product knowledge through blogs and webinars.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information.
  • Experience with SAP products and CRM systems preferred.
  • Experience in building and presenting demo environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.
  • Strong team player mindset and positive attitude.
