Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team.

In Short

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a BDR role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
