  • Maintain exceptional standards for timeliness and follow-up with prospects.
  • Manage activities and pipeline within Salesforce CRM.
  • Build foundational relationships with prospective customers.
  • Continuously learn about customers' marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to refine sales processes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales development experience, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, or Gong.
  • Natural ability to build rapport and make connections.
  • Attention to detail and organized approach to tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and think strategically.
  • Eager to learn how to create value for customers.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed expectations.
  • An interest in or basic understanding of ecommerce is a plus.
