In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the provider experience and ensuring high-quality mental health care for students nationwide.

• Part-time position with 20 hours per week.
• Salary range from $40,000 to $42,500 based on experience.
• Manage a cohort of therapists and oversee clinical consultations.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 5 hours per week.

• Participate in the onboarding and offboarding of providers.
• Contribute to the development of clinic policies and workflows.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years in mental health counseling.
• Independent license to practice counseling or psychotherapy is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mental health counseling.
• 1+ year of experience in clinical oversight.
• Independent, unrestricted license to practice required.
• Proficiency in data utilization for quality assurance.
• Willingness to pursue multi-state licensure.

• Experience with digital health companies is a plus.
