Manager, Clinical - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Clinical will drive our client centered culture by thoughtfully balancing the pace of working in a start-up and leading diverse clinical teams. Candidates must be licensed Masters level Clinicians or Psychologists who are committed to the importance of systematic thinking, measurement informed care and passion for creating an environment where clinicians can thrive.

Requirements

• Licensed Masters level Clinician or Psychologist.
• At least 2 years of related post-license clinical experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing a team of clinicians required.
• PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LPCC or LCSW required.
• Current License in California required.
• Strong people management skills.
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a startup environment.
• Champion the mission to increase access to quality clinical care.
• Ability to engage and coach for performance improvement.
