Octave is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter (Independent Contractor, 1099) to support our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage your own schedule while collaborating with our team to deliver results in a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of clinical recruiting experience.
• Ability to partner with business leaders.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and ATS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage time without direct oversight.
