Overview

The Senior FP&A Manager is a critical role responsible for guiding the company's financial planning and analysis functions, providing strategic financial insights that drive business performance.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the FP&A function.
• Drive annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Serve as a financial business partner to various departments.
• Deliver ongoing business planning and support financial processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
• 6+ years advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
• Comfort level in collaboration with senior executives.
• Highly team-oriented and able to lead cross-functional projects.
