Overview

As a Clinical Recruiter at Octave, you will be responsible for talent acquisition in the clinical space, playing a critical role in the growth and success of the company.

• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing and closing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of clinical recruiting experience.
• Experience in corporate recruiting is preferred.
• Ability to partner with and influence business leaders.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and HR databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and drive progress independently.
