Overview

We are seeking a strategic Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. This role is essential in helping us scale our Clinical and Behavioral Health teams by recruiting top talent across a range of clinical roles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in clinical or healthcare settings.
• Strong track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Proficient in Lever or other modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
