Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in the Biopharma industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with clients effectively.
• Experience with recruitment strategies and marketing plans.
• Familiarity with Workday and Gem Sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Experience in a global environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle.
• Ability to follow assignments through to completion.
• Demonstrated experience leading recruitment activities.
