Associate Director, Oncology Program Management - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director of Oncology Program Management will provide project and program management support on clinical development project teams, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and the delivery of team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• 6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree or above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and provide actionable feedback.
• Demonstrated initiative and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in risk management and budget control.
