Overview

RAPP Detroit is looking for an Associate Director, Program Management to join our award-winning Program Management team.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a brand champion.
• Oversee project management including scope, risk, and team management.
• Drive planning and execution of integrated projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers.
• Manage project financials and timelines.
• Resolve critical timeline issues.
• Evaluate and optimize production workflows.
• Proficient in project management tools like Workfront and Jira.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or creative brand management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7-9 years of industry experience in project management.
• Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML.
• Direct Marketing and CRM experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior talent.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
