Overview

The Associate Director, Program Management is responsible for leading the project portfolio of operations optimization initiatives across the Diagnostics Solutions Integrated Supply Chain, focused on improving gross profit by reducing product costs through continuous improvement in operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large programs.
• Experience in medical device or regulated environments preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing costing.
