Specials Soniclean Operator - 3rd Shift - Remote

Overview

The Specials Soniclean Operator is responsible for running machines, assisting in changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

In Short

• Operate and maintain Soniclean machines.
• Perform titration testing and complete QC charts.
• Load and unload products and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Work with chemicals for cleaning processes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Participate in team training and support.
• Document inspection and production data accurately.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED preferred or two years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience with MES and precision measuring instruments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to train others.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Respiratory clearance and fit testing are required.
• Knowledge of QC specifications and processes.
• Capability to make process adjustments as needed.
