Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Support Engineer will provide in-depth technical and customer support of BD Parata’s suite of pharmacy automation products, traveling regionally to deliver exceptional service.

• Provide technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products.
• Travel regionally to client sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
• Maintain equipment and resolve issues to maximize uptime.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve complex issues.
• Assist with new automation installations.
• Strong customer service orientation required.
• Must have a mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics, or Biomedical Engineering Technology preferred.
• 3-5 years field service experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of computer networking and router/switch configuration.
• Experience with digital multi-meters and electrical testing equipment.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel daily and occasionally lift/carry up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
