Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• Education in Information Technology and networking.
• Field Service experience, preferably with medical devices.
• Knowledge of pathology devices is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Proven ability to learn technical concepts independently.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for customer visits.
