Overview

The Regional Field Service Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for managing a team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the field service department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 9+ years of experience in field service.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 90% of the time.
• Experience in supervisory management is a plus.
• Knowledge of Leica Biosystems products is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
