Overview

The Key Account Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for achieving sales targets and providing in-field product, application, and marketing support for pathology products, playing a crucial role in advancing cancer diagnostics.

In Short

  • Responsible for sales target achievement in Taiwan region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage current distributors and provide in-field support.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure total satisfaction.
  • Support operations team with logistics and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build a world-class commercial team.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related field.
  • Experience in pathology, laboratory equipment, or medical device sales.
  • Proven sales track record with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
