Remote Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Leica Biosystems is a global leader in cancer diagnostics, and we are seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer to join our Service team. This role involves providing technical support and coordinating service interventions to improve workflow efficiency and diagnostic confidence.

• Provide first-level technical support via phone.

Requirements

• University's Scientific degree, preferably in Engineering.
• 1 year experience in a similar technical position.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Italian native speaker and English Upper Intermediate (B2 level).
• Previous experience with SAP and SalesForce is a plus.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Experience with histopathology is advantageous.
