The Tier 2 PP Technical Support Engineer will provide high-end technical support for Netsurit clients, focusing on proactive and reactive solutions in IT and networking.

Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in IT & Networking.
Formal IT qualifications, ideally Microsoft certifications.
Minimum of 1 year onsite experience.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
Good knowledge of network security and malware prevention.
