Overview

The Tier 2 PP Technical Support Engineer will provide high-end technical support for Netsurit clients, focusing on proactive and reactive solutions in IT and networking.

In Short

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for clients.
  • Design and implement projects based on client requirements.
  • Conduct infrastructure security analysis and reporting.
  • Manage incidents and service requests.
  • Apply change management as necessary.
  • Understand ITIL Framework and ITSM Systems.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
  • Have a good understanding of TCP/IP Networking protocols.
  • Assist and mentor junior consultants.
  • Host technical workshops for the team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT & Networking.
  • Formal IT qualifications, ideally Microsoft certifications.
  • Minimum of 1 year onsite experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Good knowledge of network security and malware prevention.
  • Experience with VLANs and configuring firewalls.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Client services consulting experience.
  • Proactive and reactive support skills.
