Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer - Tier 2 at Tufin, you will provide technical support to worldwide customers and partners, troubleshoot issues, and support the implementation of Tufin products.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to worldwide customers and partners.
  • Troubleshoot to full resolution of issues within the Tufin suite and OS.
  • Maintain individual ticket queue and communication with customers.
  • Support the implementation and integration of Tufin products.
  • Document best practices in maintaining Tufin solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ technical environments.
  • Support the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with Linux servers or network/security systems.
  • Previous customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
  • Strong understanding of networks and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in firewall administration/configuration.
  • Skills in Perl, Python, BASH are a plus.
  • Loyal, reliable, and conscientious.
  • Highly responsible and accountable.
