Overview

The Tier 2/Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer will provide high-end technical support for clients, focusing on IT services and networking solutions.

In Short

  • Provide proactive and reactive technical support for clients.
  • Design and implement projects based on client requirements.
  • Conduct infrastructure security analysis and reporting.
  • Manage incidents and service requests effectively.
  • Apply change management as necessary.
  • Understand and apply ITIL Framework and ITSM Systems.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
  • Have a good understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols.
  • Assist and mentor junior consultants.
  • Host technical workshops for the team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT & Networking.
  • Formal IT qualifications, ideally Microsoft certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years remote support experience.
  • Knowledge of network security and malware prevention.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
