Overview

As a Level 2 Help Desk Technician, you will provide both remote and onsite support to clients, acting as an escalation point for Level 1 issues and handling complex technical problems.

In Short

  • Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 environments.
  • Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Perform onsite visits for installations and troubleshooting.
  • Document work in ticketing and knowledge base systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers.
  • Focus on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and participate in training.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in help desk or technical support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
