Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of major accounts in the medical imaging, health centers, or hospitals sectors.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts (medical imaging, health centers, hospitals)
  • Develop trusting relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, CIO, CFO, medical staff)
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and define associated action plans
  • Analyze and optimize the KPIs of establishments (booking rates, occupancy, satisfaction)
  • Identify and realize upsell/cross-sell opportunities specific to each sector
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for perimeter extensions
  • Prevent and address churn risks
  • Ensure commercial reporting in CRM tools
  • Drive the adoption and optimal use of solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement of the offer

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS sector
  • Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, medical imaging centers, health centers)
  • Experience in managing complex projects within regulated environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) and collaborative office solutions
  • Interest in data analysis and performance indicator management (KPIs)
  • Experience in conducting negotiations and discussions with various levels of stakeholders
  • Strong writing and communication skills
