Senior Core Services Recruiter - Remote

Overview

You will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition team, a team of 60+ recruiters in charge of building Doctolib’s organization. As a Senior recruiter, your role will be to attract, engage and hire Doctolib’s talents of tomorrow. You will work on the following roles within the organization: finance, legal, marketing, strategy and HR. You will collaborate closely with our senior stakeholders, defining needs and carrying out recruitment processes. You will have the opportunity to work on global hiring projects having an impact on the overall success of our talent acquisition team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Core Services & Executive hiring team.

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to build teams in various locations (focus in France).
• Develop an understanding of Doctolib’s strategy and business plans.
• Design talent intelligence strategies.
• Build robust hiring briefs and define position descriptions.
• Structure and carry out targeted research and sourcing strategies.
• Assess candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR teams for efficient onboarding.
• Continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Infuse a culture of excellence in recruitment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates.
• Ability to assess candidates effectively.
• Interest in following the success of recruited talents.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in global environments and fluent in English.
