Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in sourcing and hiring for various levels including C-Suite.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to think creatively.
• Proficiency with ATS technology, specifically Greenhouse.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in various formats.
• Startup recruiting experience is essential.
