Senior Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering exceptional talent.

In Short

• Lead job scope meetings to determine position specifications.
• Review candidates from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans.
• Source candidates using various techniques including Boolean search.
• Engage candidates through multiple media channels.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates.
• Draft phone interview templates and assess candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and provide reporting on recruiting activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruitment technologies and social media tools.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles related to talent acquisition.
