Senior Recruiter – Greek Speaker - Remote

Overview

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity.

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, and providing timely feedback.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, offering guidance on interviews, role expectations, and the overall recruitment process.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Drive offer management, negotiating and closing candidates to secure acceptance.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while providing accurate recruitment reporting.
• Carries out additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
• Fluency in English and Greek is essential; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Extensive recruiting experience within an in-house or RPO model in a matrixed organization.
