Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong pattern recognition for culture fit candidates.
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience tracking recruiting metrics.
