Overview

At Stride, we're seeking a versatile dynamic Senior Recruiter. As trusted technology partners to innovative companies from startups to Fortune 500s, we are seeking a talented professional to lead our talent acquisition initiatives and impact our employee experience. This role will focus on technical recruiting, with the opportunity to recruit key GTM and operations roles as well. You'll have the opportunity to shape our hiring strategies, improve our recruiting processes and contribute to building a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent.

In Short

  • Own, operate and optimize the full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Craft job descriptions and design interview processes.
  • Source, build and manage a diverse pipeline of candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Take a data-driven approach to improve the recruiting process.
  • Capture and promote success stories that illustrate our culture.
  • Identify and implement new channels for building talent communities.
  • Work directly with executive leadership.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in full-cycle tech recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong track record of building relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics tools.
  • Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.
