Overview

The User Trust Squad ensures users and regulators trust our systems by integrating KYC controls, providing backend tools for compliance management, and delivering user-facing security features across applications.

In Short

• Design and build scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Lead technical initiatives from discovery through deployment.
• Implement automated testing strategies and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Proficiency in server-side languages like Ruby, Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
• Understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.

• Experience leading technical projects through all development phases.
• Knowledge of Authentication and OAuth integration is a plus.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
