Lead Engineer – C#, Azure & React - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Engineer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the platform — technically, strategically, and culturally, working closely with the founder and CTO.

In Short

• Lead backend development using C# / .NET.
• Contribute to and support the React front-end.
• Own Azure-based deployments and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Architect and implement improvements across performance and reliability.

• Challenge ideas that aren’t technically sound.
• Work in a remote-first culture with occasional meetups in Philly.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in C# / .NET and Azure.
• Comfortable with front-end development in React.
• Strong grasp of DevOps best practices in Azure environments.
• Microsoft Certified or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proactive, assertive, and solution-oriented.
• Value clarity, consistency, and direct communication.
• Comfortable working directly with technical founders.
