Lead Engineer (Rails/React) - Remote

Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. Requirements

• Strong alignment with our values.
• Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineers.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack product development.
• Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, Sidekiq, Kafka, and payment integrations.
• Experience working with page builders, including knowledge in SEO.
• Great at managing projects end-to-end.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys tactical work.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven and passionate about user-centric solutions.
