As a Senior Recruiter based in Tokyo, you will drive recruitment efforts for Docusign in the Japan market, sourcing and attracting diverse talent while developing tailored recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level in English.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience in the Japan market.
• 3+ years of Sales recruiting experience in a software organization.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop recruitment strategies.
• Experience hiring for Sales roles across all levels.
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques.
• Skilled in conducting various types of interviews.
• Proven success in hiring high volume roles.
