Senior People Operations Coordinator - LATAM - Remote

Overview

Docusign’s People Operations team is looking for a Senior People Operations Coordinator to help create a seamless and positive experience for our employees and candidates in LATAM.

In Short

• Provide quality operational support to People Team COE stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support all phases of the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with employee pre-hire processes in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Identify opportunities to streamline Global HR processes.
• Create and maintain physical and electronic employee files.
• Respond to general HR inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance HR services.
• Administer HR documentation and reporting requirements for Brazil and Mexico.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Bachelor's degree or experience in HR.
• 2+ years of HR or Recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with Brazil and Mexico employment requirements.
• Experience with Workday or other HCM Systems.
