People Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be a member of Cision’s global People Operations team, supporting employees throughout their full lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, creating and maintaining personnel records, employment changes in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and supporting with ad hoc people related inquiries.

• Coordinate and process people related data and documentation for US markets.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Organize and maintain personnel records within HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Provide support to employees across Cision and Brandwatch.
• Work with internal payroll team for data management.
• Engage with Talent Acquisition partners.
• Conduct pre-employment reference checks.
• Support People Partners with administration and special projects.
• Liaise with global People Operations reporting team.
• Be detail-oriented and a team player.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
• Comfortable working with data and Excel spreadsheets.
• Confident with HRIS and employee data management systems.
• Eager to work in a global team.
• Service-minded with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
• Experience with UKG is a plus.
