Overview

As a Benefits Specialist II, you will support the global administration and day-to-day operation of employee benefits programs.

In Short

• Manage enrolment and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Process and reconcile benefits invoices.
• Handle employee inquiries related to benefits.
• Maintain benefits records and data integrity.
• Support the annual benefits open enrollment process.
• Provide guidance on benefits programs.
• Communicate with employees regarding leave needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to benefits.
• Analyse benefits data for trends and improvements.
• Liaise with benefits vendors and brokers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
