Overview

As a Benefits Specialist II, you will support the global administration and day-to-day operation of employee benefits programs.

In Short

• Manage the enrolment, renewal, and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Process and reconcile benefits invoices.
• Handle employee inquiries related to benefits.
• Maintain benefits records and ensure data integrity.
• Support the annual benefits open enrollment process.
• Provide guidance on benefits programs.
• Communicate with employees regarding leave needs.
• Maintain records of leave and accommodation requests.
• Manage and reconcile leave payments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to benefits programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong team player with a customer service mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
