The Benefits Specialist's primary responsibility is to manage and administer benefit and leave programs for the Foundation and to ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, Section 125, FMLA, State Leaves, Unemployment, Workers' Compensation, and other federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits plans.
The Epilepsy Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by epilepsy through advocacy, education, and research.
