• Join a dynamic team as a Field Marketing Manager with experience in Demand Generation Marketing.
• Activate trade and owned events, managing B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Contribute to the EMEA marketing strategy, owning planning and execution of content.
• Develop integrated demand programs targeting customer segments.
• Execute regional field marketing campaigns including trade shows and webinars.
• Continuously measure and manage campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead handoff.
• Develop strategies to drive marketing conversion paths.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills required.
• Experience in the software industry is highly desirable.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing, PR, or business.
• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience with event marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and inbound/outbound marketing tactics.
• Strong attention to detail and creative skills.
• Demonstrated success in generating innovative content and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of AEM, Eloqua, and SFDC (or similar).
• Understanding of B2B event planning and management.
