• Own and execute Ema’s presence at industry events across the US.
• Manage logistics for conferences and Ema-hosted events.
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and manage event budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales to align event programming with pipeline goals.
• Ensure seamless lead handoff from events to Sales.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for event readiness.
• Track and report on event performance metrics.
• Handle multiple events simultaneously with exceptional project management skills.
• Utilize HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
• Adapt to fast-moving environments with a high ownership mentality.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools for work acceleration.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment.
• High agency and ownership mentality.
