In this entry-level role, you’ll start by helping us post jobs, schedule interviews, and deliver a seamless candidate experience ensuring every applicant has a smooth and positive journey while learning Groundfloor’s culture, systems, and recruitment process.

• Post and update job openings on career sites and internal channels.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
• Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) up to date with candidate progress.
• Create and maintain interview scorecards for actionable feedback.
• Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation over time.
• Support offboarding processes and prepare People Ops documents.
