Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in People Ops or HR coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Workday.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Clear and kind communication skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
• Passion for improving processes and supporting colleagues.
