Overview

Whatnot is the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, redefining e-commerce by blending community, shopping, and entertainment. We are looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations to develop and execute strategies that support our growth.

In Short

• Develop and execute commerce and operations strategies for growth.
• Apply analytical rigor to operational data for quality improvement.
• Lead strategy for Operations vendor framework.
• Define and track vendor KPIs and monitor quality.
• Expand vendor coverage for business growth.
• Build scalable systems for customer experience support.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams for insights translation.

Requirements

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, or general management roles.
• Experience in high-growth environments and operational improvement.
• Strong strategic and analytical judgment.
• Experience managing complex, multi-threaded projects.
• Ability to work with external partners in global models.
• Exceptional leadership skills and accountability.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL.
